Private Home Care

Providing care at home is often essential for:

  • a frail loved one
  • during the post-surgery recovery period
  • when the primary family caregiver just needs a break

 

Our services come with flexible hourly rates, and our placement plans are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client, ensuring personalized and comprehensive care.

 

The care fees are charged per hour.

Care service from 6 hours or more per shift - should you require less than 6 hours per day - we can customize your package, but at a price!

 

What we can do for you:

  • Assist with personal hygiene

  • Contribute to the health & safety of the care environment
  • Contribute to the prevention and management of incidents & accidents

Quality Assurance:

Our Professional Nurse will visit once a week to ensure the quality of service and check on the well-being of your loved one at NO EXTRA CHARGE!

We do charge for CALL-OUTS!

You also have 24-hour telephone support from our Nursing Team.

Residential Care

Our 24-hour residential care facility was openend in July 2021 and is designed to provide skilled support to seniors facing decline in memory and mobility as well as various other challenges.

 

Our facility caters to those who can no longer live independently but don't require constant medical care, offering an alternative to costly home care or frail care facilities. While medical care is limited, our facility maintains a home-like atmosphere and welcomes visits from family and friends.

 

Residential care homes provide a more personal level of care, with one caregiver assigned to three or four senior residents.

 

We offer 24-hour care:

  • Long term care
  • Short term / respite care

 

Our care homes are equiped with security cameras.

Swimming pool & garden.

Flexible visiting hours.

Free Netflix & Wi-Fi.

Bi-weekly spiritual ministery.

Medication management.

Professional Nurses on site / on call.

Quarterly Care Reports on each resident.

All meals, laundry & cleaning are included in the care fee.

No individual bathrooms!

 

We supply adult incontinence products at an additional fee.

We don't rent rooms - we sell care services.

The care fee depends on the level of care required.

Our Day Care Center provides day care in a professional setting for older adults who need someone to look after them during the day, or for those who feel lonely and isolated.

  3. We have a safe zone while you take a break. All our caregivers are qualified in first aid.

Training

 

FIRST AID TRAINING

Discover life-saving first aid skills with our tailored training for individuals and businesses.

 

We offer:

  • Basic first aid (Level 1)
  • Intermediate first aid (Level 2)
  • Advanced first aid (Level 3)

 

Our facilitators / assessors are experienced Professional Nurses.

 

Our process is easy:

STEP 1: Book your class in advance (we do have pre-booked classes where you can join)

STEP 2: Payment

STEP 3: Learn the skills

STEP 4: Certification (no payment - no certificate)

 

We do travel for groups.

HOME BASED CARE TRAINING

  9. Language proficiency in Afrikaans & English

What is expected from you:

  • Class attendance 80%
